Kris has over 15 years of professional Comedy experience. His career started in Western Canada and matured in Ontario. Kris has opened for some of Canada’s top acts including David Pryde, Nicholas Renoldson, Ryan Belleville, Brendan Mckeegan, and the late Mike MacDonald to name a few. Kris also appeared in Ottawa’s DIRTY BIRD Comedy Festival in 2019 and was a 2-time finalist for Funniest Person in the Ottawa Valley in 2014&15. Kris is also a successful club act having performed multiple week runs at The Comedy Nest in Montreal, Absolute Comedy in (all 3 locations), and Yuk Yuks clubs in Western Canada & Ontario. He is also not a stranger to producing a wide variety of independent comedy shows with his production company “Brewing Up Laughs”.

The company specializes in producing premium comedy shows for Craft  Breweries and other venues Across Canada. Sports clubs, Lions Clubs Restaurants, and Minor Hockey associations have all benefited from fundraisers produced by Brewing Up Laughs.      

Aside from Comedy,  Kris is also an accomplished Master Of Ceremonies. Having hosted Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthday parties, Graduations, and even a wake.  Working with clients to produce a meaningful, insightful connecting script for any occasion is the goal, as well as his passion.
